At CrossFit Stockton, you will not find any machines – instead, you will find kettlebells, barbells, medicine balls, sleds, and tons of open space for running, jumping, climbing, lifting, and throwing.
Cardio Burn is our newest class at CrossFit Stockton! This class is designed for those that are looking for the high cardio and no barbell workout! Movements in this class will involve body weight such as sit ups, squats, lunges, burpees, box jumps and more. Dumbbells, medicine balls, kettlebells. Stop in to try a class!
