Some class updates: The kids and teens classes will move to the afternoon starting next Monday at 3:15 and 3:30. This Thursday we will have a trial yoga class at 5pm.. Friday their is no 4pm workout. We will be hosting the super hero workout Saturday Aug 24th and potluck will follow….Come out dressed up and join in the fun.
