CrossFit Stockton

Cardio Burn is our newest class at CrossFit Stockton!  This class is designed for those that are looking for the high cardio and no barbell workout!  Movements in this class will involve body weight such as sit ups, squats, lunges, burpees, box jumps and more. 

Dumbbells, medicine balls, and kettlebells will be incorporated to build strength through high intensity cardio workouts.  This class is offered Monday through Thursday, 6am, 8am, 9am, and 5pm.  Stop in to try a class!
