  • 600 meter Run
  • 30 Deadlifts (315/225 lb)
  • 60 Double-Unders
  • 600 meter Run
  • 30 Hang Clean-and-Jerks (185/125 lb)
  • 60 Double-Unders
  • 600 meter Partner Run
  • 30 Ring Muscle-Ups or (scaled 45 chest to bar)
  • 60 Double-Unders

Complete all movements as fast as possible.  Partners must both run and perform double-unders together and can split up the barbell movements and ring or bar muscle ups in any way.
