40 Double unders (even minutes)

 

Then for time

you have 4 minutes to

Run 400 Meters

15 Push Press 125/75

then you have 8 minutes to

run 800 meters

10 Push Jerks 145/95

Optional round if first two get completed

you have 10 minutes to

run 1 mile

8 Push Jerks 165/105

(you may spilt jerk if you need to)
