Back Squats

6-5-4-3-6

(adding weight as the reps get lower)

 

 

Conditioning

 3 Rounds:
50 Double Unders
15 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)
5 Bar Muscle-ups

(scaling for MU is 2 pull-ups and 2 ring dips=1 muscle up)
